1 Ripe Banana
6 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter
¼ Tsp. Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
1. With a for mix all the ingredients
2. In a cookie pan spoon the mix in sets (I ended up with 7)
3. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 Degrees
I will suggest keeping them frozen since they will tend to get smooth and I like eating them crunchy and cold.
