Ingredients
1 Ripe Banana
6 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter
¼ Tsp. Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
Procedure
1. With a for mix all the ingredients

In a cookie pan spoon the mix in sets (I ended up with 7)

Bake for 12 minutes at 350 Degrees
4.
Freeze
I will suggest keeping them frozen since they will
tend to get smooth and I like eating them crunchy and cold.
